Violators agree to pay liquidated damages equal to the greater of actual costs and damages resulting from the breach.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TARJEEH.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ENTIRELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. You have no right to rely on any information as accurate unless expressly confirmed in writing by Tarjeeh.ai.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARJEEH.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Tarjeeh.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tarjeeh.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other communications you submit to Tarjeeh.ai become our exclusive property. We may use such submissions for any purpose, including improving the platform, without additional compensation to you. This does not apply to personal data governed by our Privacy Policy.

Tarjeeh.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such action. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
